1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is incomplete or not as described
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery slip)

- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

3. Return Shipping
- In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Blair Frames will cover return shipping costs
- In other approved cases, the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping fee
4. Refunds
As Blair Frames operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be completed
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Used, damaged (by customer), or altered items
- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Accessories sold as part of a kit but returned individually
